Plasma Theory Group

The Plasma Theory Group is a member of the Institute for Plasma Research and involves faculty of the Departments of Physics, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Mathematics, and Astronomy and the Institute for Physical Science and Technology at the University of Maryland.
The Plasma Theory Group is most active in magnetic fusion, charged particle beams, space physics, laser fusion, and nonlinear dynamics.
