Abstract: Writing code is quite common for the scientific community these days. While the code writing is the most important part, the storing, sharing, and systematizing might be a huge problem even though sometimes it is necessary for development and reproducibility. At this online seminar, we would like to introduce you to Git - the most common version-control system. We will explain what it is, why it is useful, how it can help you, and how to use it.
