The Institute for Research in Electronics and Applied Physics has offices and laboratories in the Energy Research Facility and A.V. Williams Buildings. The administrative offices, machine shop, and experimental laboratories are housed in the Energy Research Facility (Bldg. #223); the Theory Group, Chaos Group, and others are located on the third floor of A.V.
