Critical Exponents for Power-Spectra Scaling at Mergings of Chaotic Bands

The properties of the power spectra of a broad class of smooth d-dimensional (d≥2) dynamical systems exhibiting a reverse sequence of pairwise mergings of chaotic bands is discussed.
