Title: Wide Bandgap and Ultra Wide Bandgap Semiconductor Materials and Applications, from Microwaves to Photonics
Abstract:
Professor Christou will present his work covering a forty year journey from microwave and millimeter wave materials to infra-red and uv photonics. The talk will mainly concentrate on GaN and diamond electronics but will also start with GaAs and related compound semiconductors.
