Join us Wednesday April 22nd from 2 - 4:30 PM EST for a celebration of our planet, “Earth Day at Maryland: 50 Years of Sustainable Solutions." Climate activist, author, and founder of 350.org, Bill McKibben will offer the opening remarks to a powerful keynote panel from leaders on the forefront of the climate fight in Maryland and Washington DC. Following, participants will break into small groups for engaged discussion on specific topics--including innovation, climate finance, and environmental justice. Through cross-sector collaboration we aim to understand our next steps in Maryland, a state already leading the charge on sustainable solutions, to actionably address climate change moving forward.
